Standard delivery is from £29.99, this is a 5 -10 working days. We pride ourselves on being the cheapest delivery provider of doors online.

Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses. With this service you can request a weekday delivery date of your preference (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Please note 4pm is our daily cut off period, after this time your order will be processed on the next working day. Working days are classed as Monday - Friday. 

All deliveries will be made between the hours of 8AM - 6PM, if you cannot be in during the delivery timescale, your order will be left in a safe place at address.

Chosen delivery dates are upheld where possible. In the circumstance where this can’t be adhered to, a member of our customer service team will contact you to arrange a new convenient day / time for you.

You will receive an email and a text message a day before your order is due for delivery. 

We advise all customers not to book a fitter for your doors until you have received delivery and you are happy with your order.

If our standard delivery timescale can't be achieved, the office will contact you in advanced. If you have any questions regarding delivery, call our friendly staff on 01527 852 684.

Please note we can't be held responsible for deliveries that arrive damaged due to our courier partners. However, replacements will be made free of charge.

PLEASE NOTE

The delivery schedule is upheld wherever possible and deliveries are typically completed between 8am – 5:30pm

Delivery is to a ground floor location, access permitting and is a one-man, curbside only delivery. Please note – due to this being a one man service, larger orders may require additional assistance to help the driver unload.

Your order will be delivered by either our fleet of vans or our selected courier partners. 

All deliveries that are made without signature are done so at the risk of the buyer, we cannot process any claim with our delivery partners for damages without a signature on delivery. It is the customers responsibility to be at the delivery address on the agreed date of delivery.

If you do not advise us that you will not be in and no alternative arrangements have been made, the goods will be left without signature in a safe place and photographic evidence taken.
